This is a hollow, lightweight, urethane cast head.

This head is for 2T size figures (30”-32”). You will have to cut, sand and fill minor gaps. The material can be painted with acrylic or latex paint

This a cast from Al Stevens who made a mold and cast from a Marshal Riki-Tik head.
