Retrofit Control Stick

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

SIZE: 7” Long (Transition to bottom of stick)
TRANSITION DIAMETER: Approximately 3”

DESCRIPTION:

This is a standard control stick that is mainly used on conversion figures that are 30 inches tall such as Charlie McCarthy, Mortimer Snerd, Danny O’Day and Slappy.

The transition is made of urethane plastic approximately 3 inches in diameter and a ¾ inch wood control stick.

INCLUDED:

-One eye hook that is placed on the bottom of the stick.
-One control trigger screw, and 2 washers to control mouth control
They are not placed on the control stick to allow the user to place them at their desired position.

    This is a very nice customizable piece of equipment for retrofitting 1960s-1990s "toy" ventriloquist dolls that usually have stuffed, cloth, rag doll bodies. While there are no instructions, basic tutorials are available on Youtube, and if you have rudimentary carpentry skills, you can easily fit a "toy" ventriloquist dummy head to this headstick and have a working, semi-profesional, head on a stick

    This is a great starting point for retrofitting a 24" to 30" standard vent doll. The control stick is very user friendly and easy to work with. It's a great beginning point for creating your own doll or fixing up a treasured favorite vent figure.
